Shipping Information

We currently ship only to Singapore and West Malaysia but plan to expand internationally soon.

  • You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Our courier delivers within 2-3 working days for orders in Singapore and within 6 - 9 working days for orders in West Malaysia.
  • All orders are trackable.
  • We only do Standard deliveries. 

Change of Size & Refunds

We accept refunds for defective products. Change of size will only be done for domestic orders in Singapore.

For Refunds:

  • Refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. 
  • No refund will be made for the shipping cost for the original purchase
  • Proof of damage must be provided.

For Change of Size:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. 
  • Customer must show proof that packaging and product are in original condition.
  • Customer will arrange a courier to send original product back to our address.
  • Once the package is received and condition of item is approved, we will send an invoice for shipping fees.
  • Once shipping fees are paid, we will send out the new product size.
  • No refund will be made for the shipping cost for the original purchase
  • Proof of damage must be provided.
